Likewise, and for those products that so require, the applicable Particular Conditions will be made available to the user prior to contracting.<\/li><li>Send the user the proof of payment or invoice for the products contracted.<\/li><li>Comply with the provisions of the regulations on the rights of consumers and users.<ul><li><strong>Obligations of the Employer:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>To fully comply with the provisions of the GTC.<\/li><li>Complete the registration forms prior to the start of the contracting procedure with truthful and current information in order to access any of the products offered on the Website. If it is the <strong>Person<\/strong> <strong>Employer<\/strong>\u00a0the party ordering the transport or the carrier chosen was not among those proposed by\u00a0<strong>PEPE LA SAL SHOP<\/strong>the risk shall be transferred to the <strong>Contracting Person<\/strong>\u00a0with the delivery of the goods to the carrier.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong>SHIPPING POLICY.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"534\">In any case, <strong data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"404\">PEPE LA SAL SHOP<\/strong> entregar\u00e1 los productos a la Persona Contratante en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la celebraci\u00f3n del contrato.<\/p><p data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"728\">Efectuada la contrataci\u00f3n, la Persona Contratante recibir\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico de confirmaci\u00f3n de compra y otro de entrega una vez el pedido haya sido puesto a disposici\u00f3n del transportista.<\/p><p data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"926\">Los productos adquiridos online podr\u00e1n recogerse en tienda, sita en Carretera Moraira Calpe, Km. 3. C.P. 03720 Benissa (Alicante), salvo que se haya solicitado expresamente la entrega a domicilio.<\/p><p data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"1011\">La entrega a domicilio se realiza de lunes a s\u00e1bado, exceptuando los d\u00edas festivos.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1016\" \/><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><em>Entregas dentro de un radio inferior a 22 km<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1129\">Aquellos pedidos cuyo radio de env\u00edo sea inferior a 22 km:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1226\">Si se realizan antes de las 09:00 horas, se entregar\u00e1n en el mismo d\u00eda hasta las 15:30 horas.<\/li><li data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1303\">Si se realizan despu\u00e9s de las 09:00 horas, se entregar\u00e1n al d\u00eda siguiente.<\/li><li>Se establece un <strong data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1772\">importe m\u00ednimo de compra de 30 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1331\">Los costes de env\u00edo ser\u00e1n:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1369\">3 \u20ac, con un radio de hasta 5 km.<\/li><li data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1405\">5 \u20ac, con un radio de 5 a 10 km.<\/li><li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1442\">7 \u20ac, with a radius of 10 to 22 km.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1578\">Cuando el radio de env\u00edo sea inferior a 22 km y el importe total del pedido sea superior a 120 \u20ac, los gastos de env\u00edo ser\u00e1n gratuitos.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1583\" \/><h5 data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1630\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Env\u00edos a m\u00e1s de 22 km (Env\u00edo Nacional)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h5><p data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1716\">Para pedidos con entrega en direcciones situadas a m\u00e1s de 22 km del establecimiento:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1773\">Se establece un <strong data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1772\">importe m\u00ednimo de compra de 30 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1864\">Las tarifas se aplicar\u00e1n \u00fanicamente a env\u00edos dentro de la pen\u00ednsula (Espa\u00f1a y Portugal).<\/li><li data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1953\">Quedan excluidas de estas tarifas las Islas Baleares, Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla.<\/li><li data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1953\">El plazo estimado de entrega para estos env\u00edos ser\u00e1 de <strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"699\">4 a 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong> desde la confirmaci\u00f3n del pedido.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1981\">Los costes de env\u00edo ser\u00e1n:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2052\">9 \u20ac para pedidos que incluyan exclusivamente productos de ambiente.<\/li><li data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2122\">12 \u20ac para pedidos que incluyan uno o varios productos refrigerados.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2238\">El sistema aplicar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente la tarifa correspondiente en funci\u00f3n de los productos incluidos en el carrito.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2243\" \/><h5 data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2287\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Restricci\u00f3n de productos congelados<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h5><p data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2443\">Por razones log\u00edsticas y de mantenimiento de la cadena de fr\u00edo, <strong data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2442\">no se realizar\u00e1n env\u00edos de productos congelados a direcciones situadas a m\u00e1s de 22 km<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2592\">En caso de que el pedido incluya productos congelados y la direcci\u00f3n de entrega supere dicho radio, el sistema impedir\u00e1 la finalizaci\u00f3n del pedido.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2594\" data-end=\"2597\" \/><h5 data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2620\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>L\u00edmite de peso<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h5><p data-start=\"2622\" data-end=\"2714\">Las tarifas indicadas se aplicar\u00e1n siempre que el peso total del pedido no supere los 40 kg.<\/p><p data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"2868\">En caso de superarse dicho l\u00edmite, la Persona Contratante deber\u00e1 ponerse en contacto con <strong data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2827\">PEPE LA SAL SHOP<\/strong> para la gesti\u00f3n personalizada del env\u00edo.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2873\" \/><h5 data-start=\"2875\" data-end=\"2910\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Env\u00edos fuera de la pen\u00ednsula<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h5><p data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"3160\">Para env\u00edos a destinos fuera de la pen\u00ednsula (incluyendo islas, Ceuta, Melilla u otros destinos internacionales), la Persona Contratante deber\u00e1 contactar previamente con <strong data-start=\"3082\" data-end=\"3104\">PEPE LA SAL SHOP<\/strong> para consultar disponibilidad y presupuesto espec\u00edfico.<\/p><p><strong>10.
